Shipping Methods
Most orders will ship within 2-3 days of being placed. For custom designs, you can expect 2-3 weeks before your order will be shipped. If there is an extended delay expected on shipping your order, you will receive an email detailing an approximate delivery date. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, and postage will be calculated at the time of your order and the costs will be added to the cost of your order. While every attempt is made to ensure your package will arrive without damage, Whirls of Pearls is not responsible for any mishandling by the US Postal Services. Insurance for your purchase can be included in your shipment costs; you can request this option at the time your order is placed. Once your package has shipped, you will be notified via email of your tracking information. Expedited orders and shipping can be accommodated. Please email Joan for a quote.
All orders placed in Nebraska are subject to 7% sales tax.

I gladly accept returns and exchanges. You must contact me within 10 days of delivery.; you must ship items back within 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations; but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
