Zia Silver and Copper Necklace MADE TO ORDER
This unique pendant is something you can wear every day. The Zia is made using scrap sterling silver. This layered pendant includes a touch of copper on top of the base plate which is sterling silver. The backside of this pendant has a lovely southwestern patterned texture. The bail is also texturized and is riveted with copper to the pendant. The Italian sterling silver beaded chain measures 24”.
The Zia sun symbol represents the four cardinal directions, the four seasons of the year, the four periods of each day (morning, noon, evening, and night), and the four seasons of life (childhood, youth, middle age, and old age). The center of the sun symbol stands for life itself.
